Your electronic registration form for Spring 2026 is available in your Student Advising Portfolio under the “Registrar Forms” folder.
Please locate the form titled “Registration Form- Last Name, First Name Spring 2026,” complete it with your advisor, and then submit it using the Registrar Document Submission Form.
